ANC Leadership Team

Take a moment to meet these amazing men and women of God!  At All Nations, our church leadership is made up of dedicated believers who serve on the Pastoral Staff, Elder Team, Deacon Team, and Trustees.

 

  • Elders-from the greek "presbuteros" - those who are called to help shoulder the burden of ministry both spiritually and practically.  Elders are mature and can help the Senior Pastor to discern the condition of the people, to help guard against the tricks of the devil, and who qualify in the biblical standard for Elders set out in scripture.  They are high level advisors to the Pastor and are under-shepherds in the work of the ministry.  Elders may or may not be paid staff members.  At ANC, we recognize the scriptural importance and need for elders in the church.  ANC is growing and developing in many areas and our leadership teams are part of that.  We are currently developing a team of Elders that are serving the Pastor in the  above mentioned capacities.

  • Deacons-from the greek "diakonos" - those who are gifted to serve and take practical responsibility for key areas of ministry.  Deacons are maturing Christians and serve faithfully, and help others to serve in practical areas of ministry within the body of Christ.  There are also biblical qualifications for this group set forth in scripture.  Deacons may or may not be paid staff members.

  • Trustees-Trustees are not mentioned in Scripture, but are instead a group that exists to fulfill the legal requirements set forth by federal and state authority for the conducting of a business by a duly recognized 501(c)3 non-profit corporation.  Our church's government is laid out in scripture and not by national mandates, therefore all "trustees" are comprised of scripturally qualified leaders from the body of Elders and selected Deacons.
